Shipping Types

We ship either by courier, express post or by registered post. Where possible we provide you with a tracking number that allows you to track your parcel. The use of registered post or courier protects you the recipient and ourselves from theft in transit and guarantees the delivery of your product.

Parcels and Packaging

Parcels will be shipped in the appropriate packaging materials to protect the items and ensure they reach you in good condition.

Tracking Numbers

Where tracking numbers are available, you will receive an email when the item ships that contains a link that will allow you to see where your parcel is online. Not all delivery methods have this capability. This is available with the courier service.
